I love radishes

Today again the food. As in the summer sandwiches only with the addition of radishes. I love radishes, that their flavor, sometimes gentle and sometimes so sharp that it burns almost like horseradish. It is the culmination of all my sandwiches, underneath pomodor, cheese, something green and maybe some meat, but at the top they always ... radishes.
